Air India inquiry calls for more access

The judge behind the inquiry into the 1985 Air India bombing is calling for more power to a national security czar, the Globe and Mail reports.

Along with opening up the advisor’s access to the Prime Minister, Justice Major also calls for CSIS to open up access to the courts, and “conform to the requirements of laws relating to evidence and disclosure.”
